     SP-09 is a premixed, ready to use powder, designed for application as a dry shake over a freshly floated concrete floor or floor screed to obtain a highly abrasion resistant, the product contains specially processed iron aggregate admixtures that can be finished to a wide range of surface textures from smooth to no-slip.  

Application areas

SP-09 an be applied for treating floor areas subject to heavy traffic and high abrasion where frequent maintenance is not economical feasible and where surface dusting could a problem. Applications include : 

  Floors of industrial and commercial building where subject to heavy duty traffic.fork lifts, solid wheeled vehicles, etc. 

  Industrial floors subject to impact, such as fabrication shops and mechanical  engineering workshop.

  Parking areas and loading platforms.

Application instruction
Substrate preparation
Remove any surface bleed water by slowly dragging a rubber hose over the surface.
Float the area as soon as the concrete can bear the weight of the finisher and a light
trowelling machine equipped with blades without digging into the surface.
Do not use salt water or salt contaminated aggregates for making concrete as they may
affect the topping to obtain maximum performance.
Placing
SP-09 should be applied in two layers by broadcasting by hand. Approximately
two-thirds of the total quantity should be applied in the first broadcast and the balance in
the second.
